If you love chocolate peppermint bark during the holidays, you will absolutely love these no-bake Chocolate Covered Graham Crackers with Crushed Candy Canes! I use the classic honey graham crackers and coat each square completely in white and milk chocolate. Once they get coated in chocolate I sprinkle the perfect amount of crushed peppermint candy canes on top.
I couldn’t make my mind up on if I love milk chocolate or white chocolate best for this recipe so I made them both and so glad I did.

TIPS ON HOW TO MAKE THE BEST CHOCOLATE PEPPERMINT GRAHAMS
I love using fresh candy canes and crushing them myself simply by placing the candy canes in a plastic bag and crushed them with a spice jar or mug.
You can make this treat for just about any occasion. Add sprinkles for a birthday or themed sprinkles for other holidays!
Not a fan of peppermint? Add other toppings to the chocolate such as chopped nuts, toffee bits, mini chocolate chips, crushed cookies, peanut butter pieces, or enjoy them plain with just chocolate! You can pretty much add just about any topping you love and go as fancy or simple as you want.
Drizzle more chocolate on top if you’re a chocolate lover! Drizzle milk chocolate over white chocolate covered grahams for a delicious chocolate combination or vice versa!

HOW TO MAKE CHOCOLATE PEPPERMINT GRAHAM CRACKERS
- Cut graham crackers in half and place on a flat surface or lined baking sheet.
- In a microwave safe bowl, melt your chocolates for 30 seconds. Stir and repeat in 30 second intervals until chocolate is completely melted and smooth. Be sure to stir in-between intervals.
- Dip each graham cracker half in the melted chocolate and flip to coat both sides. Allow the excess chocolate to drip off into the bowl, and place them on a lined cookie sheet or wax paper.
- Sprinkle each chocolate coated graham with crushed candy canes. Be sure to do this immediately before the chocoalte sets! Let sit for a few minutes to harden and enjoy!
