MAKE INTO CAULIFLOWER BREADSTICKS

You could also use this recipe to make Cauliflower Garlic Bread Sticks! It’s super simple, all you do is follow the recipe instructions accordingly but instead of forming a circle shape before baking, form the dough into a rectangle.

Top the crust with 1 -2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Let cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve immediately.

If these low-carb breadsticks sound good to you, try my Zucchini Cheese Bread that is also so delicious and tastes similar to garlic bread. YUM!

THIS CAULIFLOWER PIZZA CRUST IS

  • Garlicky, cheesy, chewy, crispy, and oh so delicious!
  • Made with only 5 ingredients and can be made in less than an hour.
  • Totally satisfying and will help if you have any pizza cravings.
  • Customizable- make these into 3 mini pizzas if you want to add multiple toppings instead of just one.

STORING LEFTOVERS & FREEZING

Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 4-5 days. To warm the pizza, place in a 350-degree oven for a few minutes just to warm. The pizza crust may not be as crispy as it was when it was freshly baked.

Can this Cauliflower Crust be frozen? I do not recommend freezing this cauliflower crust because it is delicate and could break. The freezing process could also add moisture which could potentially make this crust soggy.
