Why You’ll Love boursin dip

key ingredients
- Boursin cheese: The star ingredient! The garlic and fine herbs aka the classic flavor works best but feel free to use any of your favorites.
- Corn: Use canned, leftover grilled corn or frozen corn.
- Green onions: Be sure to slice them thin.
- Shredded pepper jack or monterey jack (or a combo).
- Sour cream: This makes the dip extremely creamy. You could use low-fat cream cheese for a healthier alternative. You could also sub the sour cream for plain Greek yogurt.
- Bacon: Adds a crispy texture and a salty flavor. You can also use crispy prosciutto instead.

how to make boursin dip
Mix ingredients together: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Let the Boursin cheese come to room temperature, then mix all of the ingredients in a bowl or in a baking serving dish. It easiest to smash the cheese balls with a fork. Mix until combined.
Bake: Place the dip in a baking dish or smooth the top with a spoon. Top with extra green onions, bacon pieces and shredded cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until the top is a light golden brown and bubbling.
Cool and enjoy: Let cool for a few minutes and then serve with corn chips or any of your favorite dippers.

tips & variations
- Add spice: Add a little heat by adding a few splashes of your favorite hot sauce or red pepper flakes. You could also use spicy dill pickles.
- Low carb dish: Make this into a low carb snack by dipping your favorite fresh vegetables in this dip.
- Add protein: Make this dip protein packed and hearty by adding chopped chicken breast to the mixture.
- Shred your own cheese: I always recommend shredding your own cheese for any recipe. It just tastes better than the packaged stuff and is so much cheesier when melted.
- Optional add-ins or sprinkle the tops with: Diced jalapeños, green chiles, a drizzle of hot honey, regular honey, scallions, hot sauce, chopped cilantro, pistachios, pecans and fig jam.
- Dippers: Tortilla chips, pita chips, crackers, crostini, or any of your favorites. Corn chips are my favorite with this dip!

Can I Make This boursin Dip In Advance?
YES! I love making dips a few hours ahead or the day before because it lets the flavors come together. The longer the dip sits in the refrigerator, the more flavor it will have.
leftovers & storage
This dip makes delicious leftovers and can be enjoyed either warm or cold. Store leftovers in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 3 to 5 days. To heat, microwave or place in the oven.
