TIPS

  • You can make these peanut butter cookies with or without chocolate! If you want to add more chocolate to these cookies, add more chocolate chips to the cookie batter and top them with more chocolate chips.
  • If you don’t have oat flour, you can make them yourself by grinding rolled oats in a food processor.
  • I love to undertake these cookies by a few minutes (bake for 12 minutes) so the center is extra soft.

I haven’t tried oat flour in a cookie recipe so this post comes at the perfect time! A healthier snack to have around is exactly what I was needing. These are definitely being made asap. Thanks for sharing.

My husband LOVES everything peanut butter so I made your cookies for him as a surprise. He absolutely loved them, well we all didd! Great flavor, feel healthier than other cookies I have made before and so easy as well. Will be making them again and again.

  3. Do these use regular peanut butter or natural? I’m guessing natural since you say that cookies have no processed sugar but I want to make sure. Thanks! 🙂
