This Apple Cinnamon Oat Bread is soft, moist and has chunk of apples in it! The bread is topped with a perfect Cinnamon Glaze for an extra sweet treat!
I love anything with cinnamon and apples especially during Fall season. This Apple Cinnamon Oat Bread is SO easy. Mainly because I partnered up with Kodiak Cakes and used their Cinnamon Oat flapjack and waffle mix as the base of this recipe.
This bread is hearty and has plenty of protein and fiber in it to keep you feeling satisfied. One of the reasons why I love Kodiak Cakes is because their mix’s are made with 100% whole grains and protein packed. With that said, this bread was created and I added chunks of sweet apples and topped it with a cinnamon glaze.
