Brownie Pizza
This giant Brownie Pizza is the perfect dessert to feed a crowd and is so fun to make for the 4th of July or any holiday or special occasion. Made with a fudgy brownie base and piled high with tons of toppings.
We add the same flavors that are in a s’mores so we also call this a S’mores Pizza since we use chocolate, crushed graham crackers and gooey marshmallows to decorate this pizza. It’s the ultimate sweet treat for both s’mores and chocolate lovers.
Chocolate Brownie Pizza is made with boxed mix so it’s a quick and convenient dessert. You can add your favorite toppings and mix-ins that you love so it will become a new family favorite. No matter which toppings you add, it will be sure to be a favorite, after all.. who could resist a chocolate pizza?!

Why You’ll Love This Recipe
key ingredients
- Brownies: I love using fudgy brownie mix to make this recipe extra easy but feel free to make your brownies from scratch with this Homemade brownies recipe. Use any brownie mix box brand you prefer, Betty Crocker, Duncan Hines, Ghiradelli are some of my favorites.
- Mini marshmallows: We melt the marshmallows on top of the pizza so they are extra soft and gooey.
- Graham crackers: Adds a crunch to this pizza and makes this taste like a brownie s’mores pizza.
- Patriotic sprinkles: We add sprinkles for fun. You can use any sprinkle colors and use more or less than what the recipe calls for.
- M&Ms: I love using the Patriotic M&M colors to make these festive treats. You can also use Mini M&M candies if you prefer.
- White chocolate chips: We add chocolate chips in the brownie batter and on top of the baked pizza for extra sweetness. Feel free to use regular milk chocolate chips or dark chocolate chips instead.
how to make Brownie Pizza
Prepare pizza pan: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and lightly grease or line a 14 inch round pizza pan or round baking dish with parchment paper.
Make brownies: Prepare brownies according to box instructions in a large bowl and add 1/2 cup of white chocolate chips.
Bake: Bake in a prepared round baking dish for 15-20 minutes (or just until the brownies are baked).
Add toppings: Generously add toppings and place the brownies back in the oven to bake until the marshmallows melt, about 5 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack and slice. Enjoy!
variations & Tips
- Peanut Butter Brownies: Add 1/4 cup of peanut butter to the batter or add in peanut butter chocolate chips. You could also swirl in the peanut butter.
- If you don’t have a pizza pan, you can bake the brownie batter in a regular baking pan or cake pan but you will have to increasing the baking time. You may also want to use less toppings because there will be less room on top.
- Birthday Pizza: Swap the festive M&Ms and sprinkles for regular rainbow M&Ms and sprinkles to celebrate a birthday or any special occasion.
add ins
- Add a handful of your favorite chopped nuts to the batter or sprinkle them on top for a crunchy texture.
- Sauces: Add a drizzle of chocolate syrup, chocolate sauce, melted chocolate, or caramel sauce to the top of the cooled brownie pizza.
- Peanut butter chips, Reese’s Pieces or chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups
- Caramel bits
- Marshmallow fluff
- Crushed cookies such as Oreos or chocolate chip cookies
- Toffee bits
- Fresh strawberries and blueberries
- Candy: Add your favorite candies such as Kit Kats, Snickers, Twix, Rolo, and Hershey’s chocolate bar.
leftovers & storage
To Store: Store leftovers in an airtight container or wrap with plastic wrap at room temperature for 4-5 days.
To Freeze: Wrap cooled brownie with plastic wrap and then tightly with foil. You can also freeze each brownie slice if you prefer and place in a freezer bag. Freeze for up to 3 months. To thaw, let the brownies sit out on the counter for a few hours.
