- 1 9 oz. jar marinated artichoke hearts (about 1 cup) drained and chopped
- 6 ounces cream cheese softened
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese shredded or grated
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 4 oz. can pickled jalapeños or diced chiles drained
- 2 tablespoons fresh jalapeños diced, seeds removed
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 /2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- dippers such as crostini, pita chips, or crackers
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place all of the ingredients in a large bowl and beat with an electric mixer until combined. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and mix again.
Transfer the dip to an oven-safe dish or mini casserole dish and bake for 20 minutes or until melty and the top is a light golden brown. Serve with your crostini or your favorite chips, or crackers. Enjoy!
