Servings: 6 servings
- 30 slices salami
- 30 fresh baby mozzarella balls
- 15 cherry tomatoes
- 15 green olives
- 15 black olives
- 1 13 oz. can quartered artichoke hearts drained
- 3 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 30-40 toothpicks or mini skewers
Line up all of your ingredients so you are ready to assemble. I like to have each item on a plate or bowl.
Thread 4 different ingredients onto each tooth pick. I like to have a fresh mozzarella ball and salami on each toothpick and then rotate with the cherry tomatoes, olives and artichoke hearts. You can do this in no particular order.
Place the toothpicks on a round platter or dish, layering 2-3 times forming a round wreath shape. Tuck 4-5 sprigs of fresh rosemary into the wreath to look festive and serve. Enjoy! Serve with croistini, fresh bread slices, crackers, and/or any of your favorite charcuterie sides.
