Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with melted butter.
Cut each cinnamon roll in quarters and place into the greased baking dish.
In a medium bowl whisk together the eggs, cinnamon, heavy whipping cream and vanilla extract until combined. Pour over the cinnamon rolls until all cinnamon roll pieces are covered.
Place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes or until the tops of the cinnamon roll pieces are a light golden brown. Remove from the oven and place on a cooling rack to cool for 5 minutes. Drizzle or frost the cinnamon rolls with the icing that came with the cinnamon rolls until evenly distributed. Serve immediately and enjoy!
