Lucky Charms Snack Mix
Lucky Charms Snack Mix is a sweet and salty, no-bake treat made with crunchy cereal, pretzels, and plenty of Lucky Charms marshmallows, all coated in creamy white chocolate. It comes together in about 10 minutes and is perfect for St. Patrick’s day, parties, treat bags, and after school snacking.

Ingredients
- 3 cups Lucky Charms cereal
- 3 cups Chex rice cereal
- 1 cup mini pretzels
- 1 cup green M&M's
- 1 11.5 ounce bag white chocolate chips or melting chocolate
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, add in the Chex cereal, Lucky Charms cereal and pretzels. Stir to combine.
- In a separate microwave safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30 second intervals until melted and smooth. Be sure not to over heat the chocolate otherwise it will become too thick and burn.
- Add the melted chocolate to the dry mixture and gently stir to coat evenly.
- Spoon the coated mixture in an even layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Immediately top with green M&Ms.
- Let the mixture cool completely so the chocolate coating hardens or place in the refrigerator if you want to speed up the process. Once set, break apart to serve and enjoy! Store Lucky Charms snack mix in an airtight container or ziplock bag for up to 2 weeks.
