Ingredients

  • 12 ounces rotini pasta
  • 1/2-3/4 bottle about 1 1/4 cups Wish Bone light Italian dressing
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese cubed
  • 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese cubed
  • 12 ounce salami chopped
  • 1 2.5 ounce can black olives sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup Italian parsley finely chopped

Instructions

  • Cook pasta al dente according to package directions. Rinse under cold water.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the salad dressing and seasonings.
  • Once the pasta has cooled, place pasta in a large bowl and add salami, cheese, olives and parsley. Pour the dressing over the cooled pasta and gently toss to coat and combine all of the ingredients. Place in the refrigerator to sit until ready to serve, the longer it sits- the more the flavors will absorb. :) Enjoy!
