Halloween Ghost Brownies

- 12 brownies store-bought, homemade, or from a box
- 12 large marshmallows
- 1 cup white chocolate melted
- 1/4 cup milk chocolate melted
Bake according to package or use this recipe to make them from scratch. Most boxed brownie recipes require eggs, vegetable oil, and water. Let the brownies cool and then cut into 16 squares. Lay a large piece of parchment paper or wax paper on a counter to place the brownies.
Melt white chocolate in a microwavable bowl in 30 second increments until melted and smooth.
Top each brownie with a large marshmallow, then spoon about 2 tablespoons of the melted white chocolate to the top of the marshmallow to cover it completely.
Let the white chocolate set and harden for a few minutes. Melt milk chocolate and transfer the chocolate to a ziplock bag and cut a small pieces off the corner. You could also use a piping bag. Pipe a set of eyes and an oval or round shape mouth on each brownie. Let the ghosts harden for a few minutes. Serve and enjoy!
