Valentine Bark

Valentine’s Day Bark is a perfect way to celebrate the day of love! It's a quick, easy, and customizable dessert that everyone will love. Swirled chocolate is topped with heart candy, pretzels, chocolate candies, and festive sprinkles for a sweet treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips or candy melts
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips or candy melts
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil divided
  • 1/4 cup pretzels
  • 1/4 cup heart candies such as Conversation Hearts
  • 1/4 cup M&M candies
  • sprinkles

Instructions

  • Place white chocolate chips and 1 teaspoon of coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in increments of 30 seconds. Stir in-between each interval until the chocolate is smooth and melted. Repeat with semi-sweet chocolate.
  • In the meantime, line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone mat. Pour melted white chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread out with spatula to form a rectangular shape, about 12×9 inches.
  • Place the melted semi-sweet chocolate in a ziplock bag and cut off a small piece of the corner. Drizzle the chocolate on top in a zig-zag fashion and use a toothpick or knife to swirl the layers together.
  • Top with candy hearts, M&Ms, and sprinkles. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator and let set for at least an hour. Cut the bark into random pieces with a shark knife or your hands. Store in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
