Heat a frying pan to medium heat. Drizzle olive oil and add chopped onions. Sauté for 3 minutes until softened and translucent.
Add in ground turkey, all of the taco seasonings and tomato paste. Stir frequently and break up the meat until the meat is fully cooked and no longer pink, about 10 minutes.
Once cooked and cooled, spoon in taco meat into lettuce leaves. Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
