Servings: 24 Turkey Cookies
- 24 Nutter Butter Cookies
- 24 fudge stripped cookies
- 2 packages candy corn
- 48 mini chocolate chips
- 12 yellow M&Ms; cut in half
- 24 red Jimmies
- 1 cup chocolate frosting
Line 2 cookies sheets with parchment paper. To assemble Turkey Cookies, use a butter knife to spread a dab of chocolate frosting on 1/3 of the Nutter Butter cookie. Gently press the Nutter Butter onto the back of the Fudge Stripe Cookie with the chocolate facing up.
Using a toothpick, dab one side of candy corn with chocolate frosting. Place the candy corn on the cookie to make the turkey wings with the small part of the candy corn facing down. Add 5-7 candy corns to each turkey cookie.
To make the eyes, use a tooth pick to dab chocolate frosting to the back of the chocoalte chips. Press the chocolate chips on the assembled Nutter Butters.
To make the nose and gobbler, dab chocolate frosting with a toothpick to half of a yellow m&m and gently press below the eyes. Add the red Jimmie to the side of the yellow m&m. Enjoy!
- Use your favorite store-bought chocolate frosting. Store any leftover frosting in the fridge per package directions.
- If you'd like to use edible eyes, you can find these down the baking aisle at most local grocers, or online.
