- 2 pounds Russet potatoes(about 4 large potatoes) cut into 2 inch cubes
- 1/4 cup olive oil or vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons dry ranch seasoning mix
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. In a large mixing bowl combine cubed potatoes with oil. Toss to coat.
Add Ranch seasoning mix and toss again until coated.
Transfer potatoes onto ungreased baking sheet and spread out evenly. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until potatoes are brown and crisp. Garnish with chopped parsley (optional) and serve. Enjoy!
