Pizza Dough Bread Sticks

Pizza Dough Bread Sticks make the best side to go with any meal. Made with a handful of ingredients and takes less than 20 minutes to bake! Store-bought pizza dough is topped with a garlic seasoned butter, lots of gooey cheese and is perfect any night of the week!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound pizza dough homemade or store-bought
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated or shredded parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • On a floured surface, roll and stretch out the pizza dough to form a 8x10 inch rectangle.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the butter, garlic seasoning, salt and pepper. Brush all over the top of the pizza dough.
  • Sprinkle the top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese in an even layer.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until cheese is a light golden brown and is bubbling. Broil for a few extra minutes to brown the top (optional).
  • Let cool for a few minutes and then slice into 16 bread sticks. Enjoy!
