- 1 package white cake mix Betty Crocker super moist white cake mix
- 1/3 cup butter melted and cooled
- 2 whole large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips divided
- 1/2 cup Christmas sprinkles divided
- 1 cup holiday M&Ms divided
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a 9x13 inch glass baking pan dish with parchment paper.
In a large bowl with an electric hand mixer or wooden spoon, combine the cake mix, melted butter, and eggs together.
Stir in 3/4 cup of white chocolate chips, 3/4 cup M&Ms, 1/4 cup of sprinkles.
Spoon the dough into the prepared baking dish and spread the dough evenly in the pan (the dough will be sticky).
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until light golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool in the baking dish for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, remove the parchment paper from the baking dish and let the cookie bar cool on a cooling rack for 30 minutes. Cut the cookie bar into 12 pieces.
After the cookie bars are cooled, heat the remaining white chocolate in the microwave in 30 second increments until melted.
Separate the cookie bars a little and then drizzle the white chocolate over the cookie dough bars using a fork. Top with remaining M&Ms, white chocolate chips, and sprinkles. Let cool completely and enjoy!
