Fried Pickle Dip

Fried Pickle Dip is made with the same tangy flavors of fried pickles in a dip form. It's creamy, zesty, and loaded with crunchy dill pickles, ranch seasoning, and toasted buttery breadcrumbs. Your tastebuds and pickle lovers will go crazy after one bite!

Ingredients

Buttery Breadcrumbs

  • 1 tablespoon salted butter
  • 3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs

Pickle Dip

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 6 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 1/2 cups dill pickles chopped
  • 2 teaspoons pickle juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2-3 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • fresh dill, chives, or green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • In a frying pan on medium heat, add the butter and melt. Add panko breadcrumbs and toast for a few minutes until all coated and the breadcrumbs turn a light golden brown. Remove from heat and transfer the buttered breadcrumbs to a dish lined with a paper towel.
  • In a large or medium bowl, mix together the sour cream, cream cheese, pickle juice, salt, pepper, and ranch seasoning. Mix with a fork or electric hand mixer until well combined and smooth.
  • Fold in the pickles and buttered breadcrumbs (reserve 2 tablespoons of pickles and breadcrumbs for the topping). Mix. until combined.
  • Transfer the dip to a bowl or serving plate and top with remaining breadcrumbs and pickles and garnish with fresh dill (optional).
