Dill Oyster Crackers

Dill Oyster Crackers are so crunchy, satisfying, made with a simple seasoning mix, and packed with bold flavors. It makes a perfect snack and leftovers can last up to a month!

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces oyster crackers
  • 1/3 cup fresh dill minced
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 250 degrees F. Cover a large rimmed baking sheet, jell roll pan, or baking pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper. This will make for an easy cleanup!
  • In a medium or large bowl, combine the dill, garlic powder, salt, pepper and olive oil. Whisk until combined.
  • Add the crackers and gently coat them until seasoned on all sides.
  • Spread the crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, then turn off the oven and continue to let them bake in the warm oven for another 20-30 minutes. They will turn a light golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and place on a cooling wrack to cool. Store in an airtight contain and enjoy for up to a month!
