- 10 ounces oyster crackers
- 1/3 cup fresh dill minced
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup olive oil
Preheat oven to 250 degrees F. Cover a large rimmed baking sheet, jell roll pan, or baking pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper. This will make for an easy cleanup!
In a medium or large bowl, combine the dill, garlic powder, salt, pepper and olive oil. Whisk until combined.
Add the crackers and gently coat them until seasoned on all sides.
Spread the crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, then turn off the oven and continue to let them bake in the warm oven for another 20-30 minutes. They will turn a light golden brown.
Remove from the oven and place on a cooling wrack to cool. Store in an airtight contain and enjoy for up to a month!
