Fresh Apricot & Prosciutto Bites

These Fresh Apricot & Prosciutto Bites make a perfect light and healthy appetizer! They are easy to make and only require a few ingredients!

  • 4 fresh apricots sliced in half with pits removed
  • 4 oz. fresh burrata cheese or mozzarella cheese
  • 4 slices of prosciutto
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Place sliced apricots on a platter. Top with burrata cheese and prosciutto, then drizzle vinegar, honey, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. :) So easy!
