Cranberry Almond Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of oats
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup almonds; sliced
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds

Instructions

  • Combine all of the ingredients together and mix until combined.
  • With a mini ice cream scoop, scoop the mixture and roll into a ball. It should be bite size or about the size of a golf ball. Let refrigerate for about 15 minutes and enjoy!
