Notes

Recipe Notes:
  • Leftovers: store them in an airtight container or tightly seal a dish with plastic wrap. Store at room temperature in a cool area for up to 2-3 days. To reheat, simply bake at 350 degrees F for 5 minutes or microwave for a few seconds.
  • Turn these Cinnamon Bites into Cinnamon Roll Bites by serving these with cream cheese frosting or drizzle frosting on top!
  • If you love chocolate, replace the ground cinnamon with cocoa powder.
  • Any type of canned biscuit dough will work with this recipe. You can also use plain pizza dough if you prefer, just make sure to cut them into bite sizes, about 1 1/2 inch squares.
  • Make this the ultimate dessert by topping these bites with a scoop or two of vanilla ice cream or swirl of whipped cream!
