Green Detox Smoothie

This Green Detox Smoothie is packed with plenty of vitamins, minerals and makes a healthy breakfast or snack! This smoothie is refreshing and full of goodness!

  • Blender


  • 2 cups spinach
  • 2 cups ice
  • 1/4 cup strawberries
  • 1 whole banana
  • 1/2 cup milk or almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. honey; melted
  • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds; optional


  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!


  1. You can simply make this smoothie a wholesome meal by adding 2 - 4 scoops of protein powder. The protein powder flavor could be plain or vanilla. Blend the protein powder with the rest of the ingredients until completely smooth and blended. 
  2. Adding 1 cup of Greek yogurt to this recipe will also add protein to this smoothie.
