Spring M&M Cake Mix Cookies
M&M Cake Mix Cookies are simply made from cake mix and so easy to whip up! These are soft, chewy, loaded with sprinkles, white chocolate chips, Easter M&Ms, and drizzled with white chocolate!
Servings: 24 cookies
Ingredients
- 1 package white or funfetti cake mix
- 2 whole large eggs
- 1/3 cup melted butter or vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup sprinkles; I used a variety of sprinkles
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup pastel colored M&Ms
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix together all of the ingredients until combined, including 1/4 cup of sprinkles.
- Roll cookies into golf-ball size or use a mini ice-cream scope to get a perfect shape. Place onto a lightly greased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.Bake for 7-10 minutes or until edges start to brown. Cool for a few minutes when baked.
- Optional: Melt the white chocolate in the microwave in 30 second intervals until melted. Place in a ziplock bag and cut off a small piece of the corner. Drizzle cookies with chocolate. Let cookies sit to harden for 15 minutes and enjoy!
