Cranberry Almond Energy Bites
Healthy, chewy and sweet-these delicious bites are hard to beat!

Ingredients

of oats

cup
dried cranberries
1/4
cup
almonds; sliced
1/2
cup
peanut butter
1/2
cup
honey

tsp.
vanilla extract

Tbsp.
chia seeds
Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients together and mix until combined.
With a mini ice cream scoop, scoop the mixture and roll into a ball. It should be bite size or about the size of a golf ball. Let refrigerate for about 15 minutes and enjoy!
