Ingredients

  • 2 cups of fresh blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of Greek yogurt; plain
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp. chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk; I used unsweetened Vanilla flavor
  • 1 cup ice
  • Drizzle of honey; optional

Instructions

  • Mix all of the ingredients in a blender or Nutribullet and blend until smooth. Pour in a glass and enjoy this healthy beverage! Drizzle honey on top for an additional sweetness!
