Servings: 24 cookies
- 1 box brownie mix; fudge any brand
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 2 whole large eggs
- 1/4 cup flour
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips; optional
- sprinkles; optional
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silpat mats.
In a large bowl, mix together the brownie mix, oil, eggs, chocolate chips, and flour. Mix until combined.
Use a mini cookie scoop (or 2 tablespoons of dough) and place on prepared baking sheet, about 2 inches apart. Top with sprinkles and bake for 10 minutes. The cookies will seem underbaked and that's perfectly OK. This is how they will get super fudgy.
Let the cookies cool to set for a few minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack. Enjoy!
