Chocolate Peppermint Grahams (No Bake)

These Chocolate Peppermint Graham Crackers are the easiest treats to make for the holidays! They require 4 ingredients and take less than 20 minutes to make!

Ingredients

  • 16 graham crackers; cut in half
  • 12 ounces white chocolate
  • 12 ounces milk chocolate
  • 1/3 cup crushed candy canes or peppermint crunch

Instructions

  • Cut graham crackers in half and place on a flat surface or lined baking sheet.
  • In a microwave safe bowl, melt your chocolates for 30 seconds. Stir and repeat in 30 second intervals until chocolate is completely melted and smooth. Be sure to stir in-between intervals.
  • Dip each graham cracker half in the melted chocolate and flip to coat both sides. Allow the excess chocolate to drip off into the bowl, and place them on a lined cookie sheet or wax paper.
  • Sprinkle each chocolate coated graham with crushed candy canes. Be sure to do this immediately before the chocoalte sets! Let sit for a few minutes to harden and enjoy!

Notes

Leftovers: These Chocolate Peppermint Graham Crackers store best in a tightly sealed airtight container in a cool place. On your kitchen counter is perfect as long as the temperature is cool or at room temperature. They will last about 2 weeks and make a delicious gift!
