Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Dough Energy Bites
These little tasty bites taste like oatmeal raisin cookie dough–except they are healthy and loaded with energy and protein to get you through the day!

- 1/3 cup almond butter
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup oats
- 2 Tbsp raisins
- Sprinkles optional
In a medium sized bowl, combine almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix with a spoon until combined.
2. Add in cinnamon and oats and mix until it is combined. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and then roll into bite size pieces. Mix in some sprinkles if you want to make it look extra delicious :)
Place back in refrigerator until you want to snack on em’. ENJOY!
