Blender Salsa

Blender Salsa is loaded with fresh flavor, made with a handful of simple ingredients, and takes minutes to make! This is the best salsa recipe and will quickly become a new favorite.

Ingredients

  • 4-6 cloves fresh garlic peeled, coarsely chopped
  • 1-2 fresh jalapeños seeds removed, cut in quarters
  • 1/2 red onion cut into quarters
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro loosely packed, stems removed
  • 28 ounces diced tomatoes drained
  • 8 ounces diced green chiles drained

Instructions

  • Place garlic and cilantro into a high speed blender. Pulse a few times until finely chopped.
  • Add drained tomatoes and green chiles to the blender and blend for a few seconds just until blended together. Be careful not over mix as your salsa could result in being too watery instead of a chunky salsa. Serve with your favorite chips and enjoy!
