Semi-Homemade Brookies
Brookies are the best semi-homemade treat! This easy recipe combines box mix brownies and pre-made cookie dough into one for the ultimate dessert!

- 1 box brownie mix; plus ingredients to make brownies
- 1 16 oz. pre-made chocolate chip cookie dough; preferably 24 cookies
- flaky sea salt; optional
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly spray a 9x13-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray or line with parchment paper, set aside.
Make the brownies according to package directions and spread evenly onto the prepared pan.
Form 24 cookie dough balls and flatten with your hands. Place on top of the brownie batter and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cookie dough is golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy as is or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top of the cookie dough for an extra delicious flavor! Salt and chocolate pair SO well together!

Store brookies in an airtight container at room temperature for 1 week.
