8 cups Chex cereal
20 ounces of white chocolate
2 cups powdered sugar
2 cups crushed candy canes
1. Measure 4 cups of cereal and put in one gallon ziplock bag. Repeat with the remaining 4 cups of cereal. I find that this helps evenly distribute chocolate, candy canes, and powdered sugar better.
2. In a microwave safe bowl, melt white chocolate and pour in bags; evenly distribute into separate bags. Zip the bags tight and shake until Chex cereal is evenly coated. Then add in crushed candy canes. Continue shaking bag and then add 1 cup of powdered sugar to each bag. Let sit and cool for 5-10 minutes and then enjoy this festive gluten free snack!
