Blueberries are a super food that not only contains antioxidants, but it also contains a great amount of minerals like potassium, manganese, copper, iron and zinc. All of these nutrients are important to our bodies so be sure to load up on them!

Delicious and most nutritious! This is a healthy version of a blueberry muffin that will fill you with antioxidant goodness!


1 cup frozen blueberries

1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt

1/3 cup almond milk

1 Tbsp chia seeds

1/2 tsp almond extract

1/2 banana; sliced

1 tsp honey


  1. All you need to do is simply blend all of these ingredients in a blender and top with additional blueberries (optional)!
