I love finding new ways to better my health. I’ve experimented with detox teas and waters and I love them all! I love this chart because it simply shows you how to detox. One of the most important keys in life is doing what makes you happy..and I find that the healthier you are, the happier you are :). Soooo be sure to eat healthy, eat in moderation, and workout as much as you can; even if it means for 10 minutes. I try to incorporate as many healthy and easy recipes on my blog as possible so healthy food can always be delicious. Also, one of my favorite mottos…you only have one body, so treat it right.
