Ham, Turkey, & Veggie Lunch Wrap

Yield: 1-2 (depends on how hungry you are)

Ingredients:
1 whole wheat tortilla wrap
1 laughing cow cheese wedge (or 1 tsp of cream cheese)
1 Tbsp shredded low-fat cheddar cheese
1 slice of boiled deli ham
2 slices of peppered deli turkey
1 handful of fresh spinach
1/2 tomato; sliced
1/4 avocado; sliced
4 chopped kalamata olives

Steps:
1. Lay tortilla wrap flat on cutting board and spread cheese wedge (or cream cheese) in the middle… You can really add the ingredients the way you want but I like to sprinkle cheese on bottom. Then place your lunch meat, sliced avocado, tomato, olives, and spinach on top. I don’t have good luck wrapping so I just learned to roll the wrap (without folding any edges) and it works just fine. Cut wrap in half and there you have yourself a healthy little lunch!
